FULIC is an acronym which stands for Feature Unique Licensed Internal Code and is generally pronounced few lick.

It is media provided by IBM which contains the LIC used to install or restore OS/400 onto a CISC server for models 2xx and 3xx. [1] Its functionality has since been replaced by the SAVSYS.
