| 0 | No adjustment. |
| 1 | Adjustment only happens at IPL time. |
| 2 | Initial adjustment happens at IPL and continuously as long as the system is up. |
| 3 | No initial adjustment, but the adjustments are made continuously as long as the system is up. |
