QTILIB is an IBM-supplied Q library which is created by the Start Remote Support (STRRMTSPT) command.
The End Remote Support (ENDRMTSPT) command has an optional parameter, DLTLIB(*YES), which will delete QTILIB when the remote support is ended.
The QTILIB is usually not owned by a Q user profile, but by the user profile which ran the STRRMTSPT command.
