QTILIB is an IBM Q library which is created by the Start Remote Support (STRRMTSPT) command.

The End Remote Support (ENDRMTSPT) command has an optional parameter, DLTLIB(*YES), which will delete QTILIB when the remote support is ended.

OPINION: Safe to delete?
