MULIC is an acronym which stands for Model Unique Licensed Internal Code and is generally pronounced mhew lick.

It is media provided by IBM which contains the LIC used to install or restore OS/400 onto a CISC server for models B, C, D, E, and F. [1] Its funtionality has since been replaced by the SAVSYS.
