Welcome to MidrangeWiki. This is a website that you can help create. Editing any page in the wiki is as easy as selecting the edit tab at the top.

A Wiki or wiki is a web application that allows users to add content, as on an Internet forum, but also allows anyone to edit the content.

Wiki also refers to the collaborative software used to create such a website. This wiki, for example, is powered by MediaWiki which is the same engine behind Wikipedia, the very popular free encyclopedia.

How you can help

The reason for this wiki's existence is to give IBM i professionals a place to share information. Be bold and contribute your thoughts, ideas, and research to this site. As content appears, it is usually edited by others, refining and improving it over time.

Please note that all contributions to MidrangeWiki are considered to be released under the GNU Free Documentation License 1.2. If you don't want your writing to be edited mercilessly and redistributed at will, then don't submit it here.

You are also promising us that you yourself wrote whatever you submit, or copied it from a public domain or similar free resource. DO NOT SUBMIT COPYRIGHTED WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION!
