PMSA is a nonprofit professional organization. The group was formed in 1991 by the joining together of the Puget Sound area SYS/36, SYS/38 and AS/400 User Groups. Our mission is twofold:

  • provide an education & networking forum for our members
  • promote the IBM iSeries family of integrated application servers in IT environments

Our mission is achieved primarily through sponsorship of a well attended monthly luncheon meeting held on the second Thursday of each month (excepting July and August.)

We are also a Local User Group ("LUG") member of COMMON, which allows our members to attend COMMON Conferences and Expos. COMMON is an international professional association serving the iSeries community
