SDA, or Screen Design Aid, is a DDS editing tool that lets you do quasi-WYSWIG design & maintenance of DDS for display files. It comes with OS/400 as part of ADTS/400 and it was also available on S/36 SSP. The kinds of objects created with SDA are conceptually similar to many from DDS and UIM. Some of what SDA can edit can also be updated by PDM and SEU.
