WDSC Workbench - Information relating to the entire use of WDSC workbench.

Keyboard shortcut remapping

I remapped the LPEX edit view shortcuts from Ctl-F6 to cycle to the next editor and Ctl-Shift-F7 to cycle to the next view, to Ctl-Tab and Ctl-Shift-Tab, respectivly.

To remap these keys, since they are not part of the LPEX actions you have to set them up in your Workbench preferences.

Assign new shortcut to Ctrl-Tab

  1. Window → Preferences → Workbench → Keys.
  2. In the category drop down, choose Window
  3. In the name drop down, choose Next Editor
  4. Click into the Key Sequence Name drop down, press Ctrl and then Tab.
  5. In the When drop down, choose Window.
  6. Press the Add button.

Assign new shortcut to Ctrl-Shift-Tab

  1. Window → Preferences → Workbench → Keys.
  2. In the category drop down, choose Window
  3. In the name drop down, choose Next View
  4. Click into the Key Sequence Name drop down, press Ctrl, Shift and then Tab.
  5. In the When drop down, choose Window.
  6. Press the Add button.
