How do I clear the cache?

There are two caches to be cleared: Window > Preferences > Remote Systems > File Cache > Clear-"Clear cached files"

Window > Preferences > Remote Systems > iSeries > Cache > Clear-"clear the current cache"

Where is my workspace stored?

File > Switch workspace
